Good to know before your visit.

Is there parking at the surgery centre?

Yes. The Toronto Outpatient Surgery Centre has on-site parking at 90 Eglinton Avenue East, including outdoor ground-level parking and one underground level (P1), plus three covered drop-off and pick-up spaces behind the building. Parking is paid and time-based, and payment is required before coming up to the 7th floor.

What should I bring on the day of my surgery?

Please bring government-issued photo ID and your health card, a current list of your medications and allergies, and any paperwork your surgeon's office asked you to bring. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes, and leave jewellery, valuables and makeup at home. If you use a CPAP machine, bring it with you.

Where is the Toronto Outpatient Surgery Centre located?

We are on the 7th floor of 90 Eglinton Avenue East, Suite 701, Toronto, ON M4P 2Y3, one block east of Yonge Street on the north side of Eglinton. The centre is close to Eglinton subway station and the Eglinton LRT, and is about 25 to 30 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport.
